What we collect

• Your quiz answers: the habit you want to change, how much and how long, your triggers, reasons and routine.
• Your name, mobile number and email, when you unlock your report or buy a plan.
• Your daily check-ins and craving counts, if you use the daily app.
• Payment status from Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details.

How we use it

• To build and deliver your plan, PDF and daily app.
• To email your plan and contact you about your plan and our offers, as you agreed. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• To improve our plans.

Advertising and measurement

We use cookies and the Meta pixel (and, if enabled, Google Tag Manager) to measure which ads work. When you submit your details or buy, we send Meta your email and phone number in hashed (scrambled) form, with the event name and price. We never send your habit, quiz answers, scores or check-ins to Meta, Google or any advertiser.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only what is needed with service providers: Razorpay (payments), Brevo (email), Google (our internal spreadsheet) and our server host. The family page shows only what is described on it, and only to people you send the link to.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed for accounting and support. You can ask us to delete your quiz answers and check-ins at any time.
